India Visas - Fees & Payments

The cost of an India visa will depend on your citizenship.

We can only apply for e-Tourist visas, subject to the terms and conditions. An e-tourist visa is valid for 60 days from date of first entry.

Once a visa has been paid for it is not refundable irrespective whether the visa is approved or declined, as the fee is for processing of the application and is not dependent on either the grant or rejection of the visa.

Remember that the indicated delivery time for Normal, Urgent and Special Clearance visas are only approximate times. A visa can issue before or after those indicated times, depending on the Indian immigration authorities. We recommend that you choose a service faster than what you need as a visa that arrives early cannot hurt you. A visa that arrives late can have severe repercussions.

Once you have decided whether you want to apply for a Normal, Urgent or Special Clearance visa you now need to decide how you would pay for the visa.

Please note that we only apply for the visa once we have received the proof of payment and the amount reflects in our bank account.


We facilitate payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via internet banking, cash and by credit cards.


Our Preferred payment method is Electronic fund transfer (EFT) via the internet. This however, will only be available to South African and Namibian clients.

We bank with the Standard Bank of South Africa. Transfers made from another Standard bank account to ours will reflect on the same day.

If you are making a transfer from another bank, such as ABSA, FNB, Nedbank etc, then you need to make sure that the transfer gets done on the same day by selecting that option, as no visas get applied for, unless payment is reflected in our bank account.

The proof of payment needs to be emailed to the India visa consultant that you are dealing with.


Credit Card Payments

*After making payments, irrespective which option you chose, you now need to email us your proof of payment. If you have paid by credit card, we will be notified automatically.


Cash can be deposited directly into our bank account as stated above. You need to add 3% to the total to cover bank charges. Make sure you enter your name and surname in the reference field.
The proof of payment needs to be emailed to the India visa consultant that you are dealing with.


The credit cards we accept are Master & Visa. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or other cards.

Please note that India immigration needs to be paid the full fee and therefore if you are paying with a credit card, the charge must include the credit card bank charge of R150 per visa.

Therefore take the cost of the visa and add R150 for the credit card charge.

If you are paying for more than one visa, then you will change the quantity field as required.
Once you click on the "Pay Now" button, it will take you to a secure payment gateway. Simply follow the instructions.
If the process is done correctly, you and we will get an email payment notification from Payfast the payment gateway.
